Which is better, RGB vs CMYK?
CMYK is the best opinion for printing.
RGB is for screen & website only
If RGB Convert to CMYK sometimes the colour will change a bit (dull and darker). So use CMYK mode to do the design, the color will be more accurate.
What is CMYK?
CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black. It is for printing processing. For the printing process use white colour paper and mix the colour you want. E.g Magenta (100%) + Yellow (100%) = Red, Cyan (100%) + Yellow (100%) = Green.
RGB Stands for Red, Green, Blue. RGE use for screen, website….

What is bleeding for A4 Brochures 250 gsm printing?
In printing, bleed size is 3mm, which is beyond all the edges of the paper that will be cut off.
Do you use any templates for A4 Brochures 250 gsm design?

How different is the vector and pixel?
The vector format is used by Adobe Illustrator. A vector is a mathematical formula that describes the relationship between points and the path between them — its point, curve, line, color, stroke and filling.
Pixel format is the purpose of Adobe Photoshop. Pixels are tiny colored squares on the screen. If resolution (dpi) is high the image quality will be higher. When there are many of them, they form a pixel-based graphic. For the printing resolution, we recommended to use 300 dpi for pictures (images) and 600 dpi for text (Wording)
If you enlarge the file, the pixels will become blurry (pixelated image), so vector format is the best print opinion.
